Madison Property is owned and operated by Andrew Donovan and based in Tauranga. Andrew grew up in Paraparaumu before his family moved north to Tauranga where Andrew completed his secondary education. He trained as a civil engineer back in the mid 80's before heading to the UK for eight years based in London working in the drafting, civil engineering and project management fields. He interspersed working with stints of back-packing through Europe, South America, Africa and Asia with his partner Tracy. 

Andrew returned to New Zealand in 1995, and worked as an civil engineer in Auckland. In 2001 Andrew and Tracy made the move 'back home' to Tauranga to set up their own building and development company. Fast forward 22 years, marriage and two teenage sons later, Andrew and Tracy are very happy to call Tauranga home and are thrilled to live in a progressive and beautiful region where lifestyle is so important to nurture happy and healthy families.
